      Avalanche Course Arosa Lenzerheide

      Program
      Avalanche course in Arosa Lenzerheide

Get ready for winter and leave your tracks safely off the slopes! Downhill runs and tours outside secured pistes are increasingly fascinating for skiers and snowboarders. For safe powder fun, it is necessary to have basic knowledge and know how to take precautions in the terrain. Whether you are a beginner or an independent touring skier/splitboarder, everyone benefits from our courses. The training focuses on; the use of search devices, sounding rod and shovel, the interpretation of the avalanche bulletin and also the ideal ascent and descent technique.

      Course purpose
Correct behaviour in the terrain and mastery of avalanche transceiver, the sounding rod and the correct shovelling technique are elementary.

This course is intended for those who want to move safely outside of the slopes in future. After a theoretical introduction to the basic knowledge, we implement what we have learned in the terrain. Avalanche prevention is the focus.
